Booking Terms and Conditions

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Relais Poggio del Melograno.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Relais Poggio del Melograno, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Relais Poggio del Melograno sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Relais Poggio del Melograno in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Relais Poggio del Melograno promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for us only at the moment of the reception of the deposit payment receipt (30% of the total amount) .

Option: 3 working days.

Balance: on arrival.

Arrival (check-in): apartments are available after 4.00 pm, before and not later 7.00 pm (in any case, the baggage can be left previously).

Departure (Check-out): apartments must be left before 10.00 am of the leaving day.

RATES INCLUDE

- Car/motor parking place
- Electricity
- Water
- GAS for cooking: (up to 4 cube m)
- Final cleanings
- Turkish bath: once (for two guests) per booked apartment
- Fitness centre
- Jacuzzi: once (for two guests) per booked apartment
- Common washing-machine
- Bed linen and kitchen linen
- Bath linen
- Use of swimmingpool

RATES DON'T INCLUDE

- Heating: by consumption
- Extra charge if apartments are not cleaned at the departure: 30 Euro
- Mountainbikes rent: 5 Euro per half day
- Internet service
- Craddle: 30 Euro per week
- Air conditioning: 10 Euro per day
- Extra cleanings: 30 Euro for the two-room apartment, 35 Euro fo the three-room apartment
- Extra linen (bath and bed) 8 Euro per person per change

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation fee over the total amount will be applied:

· from reservation to 60 days prior to arrival 30%
· from 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival 50%
· from 29 days to 0 hours prior to arrival 100%

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Relais Poggio del Melograno, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
